RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we deserve the right to deny your return.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a follow up email containing instructions for returning. To remind you, we do not offer refunds, nor do we accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
100K Fashion does not offer refunds. However, we will offer store credit in which you may use towards a future purchase.
